Which size should I order?+
Every product page has a size chart, and our Find Your Size guide walks you through gender, height, build and fit in a few taps. Our pieces run true to size. If you land between two, size up for a relaxed fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
How can I cancel my order?+
We process orders quickly, so reach out as soon as possible. Email contact@revciety.com with your order number and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you still have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase once it arrives.
What if I receive the wrong product?+
Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Photos may be required to verify the issue.
What should I do if my payment does not go through?+
No order is placed until payment is confirmed, so nothing is charged if it fails. Double-check your card details and available funds, try another payment method, or contact your bank. If it keeps failing, email contact@revciety.com and we'll help.
How long does shipping take?+
Shipping generally takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly based on geography and local carrier schedules.
When will my order ship?+
Orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on the way.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, we'll email a confirmation with a tracking number and carrier (when available) so you can follow your package. Questions about status? Email contact@revciety.com.
What is your return policy?+
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
How do I request a return?+
Go to Menu → Request a Return, log in with the email used on your order, select the item(s) and submit. Ship the return to the address on your packing slip within 14 days, then email us the tracking number.
Who pays for return shipping?+
Unless otherwise agreed, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Your original shipping cost is refunded, but the return postage is not.
How long do refunds take?+
Once we receive your return (or proof it's been sent), refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval, to your original payment method. Allow extra time for your bank. If it's been more than 15 business days, contact us.
What materials are your products made from?+
Our tees are 100% organic ring-spun cotton (5.3 oz./yd.²), certified under GOTS, OCS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and PETA-Approved Vegan. Our hoodies are a heavyweight 65% ring-spun cotton / 35% polyester blend (8.5 oz./yd.²) with a soft fleece-lined interior, front pouch pocket and 3-panel hood. A few heather colours use a 55/45 blend. Every piece is made on demand.
How should I care for my apparel?+
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and don't iron directly over the print. This keeps both the garment and the print looking sharp for longer.
