Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or something not right? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Here's how it works.

Request a Return

Log in with the email you used at checkout to start your request. Trouble logging in? Email contact@revciety.com.

How to request a return

  1. Start your request

    Go to Menu → Request a Return, or use the button above. Log in with your order email, select the item(s) you want to return, and submit.

  2. Ship the item back

    Send it to the return address on your packing slip. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order, and you cover the return shipping cost.

  3. Send us the details

    Email us a photo or PDF of the return label, along with the tracking number and the carrier you used.

  4. Get your refund

    Once your return is received, we process your refund — typically within 10 business days.

Return requirements

After telling us you'd like to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item(s). To be accepted, returns must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Shipped to the return address on your packing slip
  • Sent within 14 days of the day your order arrived

If an item has been used beyond what's needed to examine it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value.

Refunds

Once we've received your return — or you've provided proof it's been sent — we issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. Return shipping is not refunded.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approval. Allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer. If it's been more than 15 business days and you still haven't seen it, get in touch.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days and we'll make it right. You can choose between:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Photos may be required to verify the issue. In these cases, the return is on us.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want, so you're not waiting on stock. If you'd like help sorting an exchange, email contact@revciety.com and we'll guide you through it.
